Become a member of the Monida Healthcare Network, a Physician Hospital Organization (PHO), and gain access to an array of services and benefits. Monida is a network comprised of over 750 providers including physicians, mid-level providers, physical and occupational therapists, chiropractors, mental health professionals and other healthcare providers. Monida also has within the network 8 hospitals, surgery and procedure centers and home health agencies. We provide professional services supporting our members in areas such as educational programs, malpractice insurance, payer contracting, credentialing, peer review and human resources. Membership Benefits
Payer Contracts & Contract Management: MHN is a ‘messenger’ model Physician Hospital Organization, providing management of third party payer contracts on behalf of our members.
Claims Resolution: MHN has direct contracts with third party payers we connect our members to and therefore have staff dedicated to working on your behalf to resolve claims issues.
Credentialing: MHN credentials all of our providers per NCQA (National Committee on Quality Assurance). A large advantage for our members being credentialed by Monida, if you are credentialed with us, you are credentialed for all of our payers reducing significant burden on you and your staff.
Education: One of Monida’s main focuses has always been education. We strive to keep our members and your staff informed of topics relevant to medical practice. We offer a variety of educational opportunities including a monthly Learn at Lunch series and a variety of other workshops and webcasts.
Medical Malpractice Insurance: MHN offers our members an opportunity to obtain medical malpractice insurance from an excellent, A-rated malpractice carrier, Utah Medical Insurance Association (UMIA). As a member you will have access to MHN’s significant discount off UMIA’s posted rates.
Group Purchasing: MHN has partnered with various businesses for our members to be able to access efficiencies of scale and benefits that exist in large groups. Some of these programs include:

Access to Grant Dollars: Through our 501c3, Monida Healthcare Network Resources, we are able to apply for grants that assist to deliver better care and result in better health outcomes, improve accessibility and availability of behavioral health services in rural area, establish specialty outreach services and much more.

The healthcare business can be confusing and costly. In addition to services included with your membership, Monida also offers fee-based services to assist you in helping run your business more efficiently and cost effectively. members. To better understand your business, we offer an
